Directions | How to make Egg Yolk Pickle
 
1.Separate egg yolk and egg white(don't break the egg yolk). 2.Pour enough soysauce in a container. 3.Soak the egg yolks in the soy sauce,and let them sit for a while in the fridge(at least 1day..3days is better) 4.Egg yolks surfaces are tense,they are ready to eat! ### You can use any kind of sauces for pickling base:Worcestershire sauce,Tabasco,miso paste...etc.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
If the say sauce ware too salty,add some sake or mirin. Best combination with hot rice!
