Soak the rice and blackgram dal overnight. Grind the rice separately. Grind the black gram dal. The batter should be of thick consistency. Add salt to the blackgram dal paste. Mix it well with hand. After 2hours add rice batter and blackgram dal paste. Add the grated coconut, sugar and cheese to prepare the stuffing. Fry it for 5-10 minutes. Take a turmeric leaf. Spread some batter over it and spread some stuffing over it. Fold the leaf. Cook it in a idli stand for 10 minutes.
