1. Clean and fish. Wash again. Apply salt. 2. Grind coconut, cumin, fennel, three-fourts of the garlic, ginger, turmeric and green chillies. When almost done, add coriander. 3. Add juice of 1/2 lemon. 4. Heat oil and fry 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, add spices, water and a little salt. Cook till requied amount of gravery remains. 5. Add fish; simmer till fish is cooked. 6. Serve with lemon.
