1.Cut haddock into medium-sized pieces. rub with salt, coat with parsley and set A side for 30 minuties. 2. mixbutter, flour and mustard to a stiff paste. 3. stir in meat extract, water, lime juice and pepper and add to paste. 4. pour a littel of this sauce into a casserole. 5.Lay fish and sliced mushrooms in sauce. 6. sprinkle with onion and capers. 7. cover with rest of casserole and put on the lid. 8.place a piece of butterd pepper over water and cook for 30- 35 minuties.
