Abocado (medium)	number	1/2
Cumin Seeds	tsp	1
Fish (any white one)	number	1
Fresh Coriander	bunch	1

Directions \| How to make Fish With Coriander Sauce

- First we will clean the fish, remove the head and open it onto 2 halves from the gut till the spine, leaven 2 halves that at one sde is fish meat, and at the other fish skin. - Make 3 deep diagonal cuts onto the skin side, so the meat will cook right. - Now we can roast them, or fry them on a pan, at our choice. - Wile the fish gets ready we will put the rest of the ingredients on a blender exept the oil, and make a fine paste of it, then we will add oil to make it more saucy. - Serve the fish on a plate and place some sauce on top of it. Enjoy.

If you wish you can switch coriander for persil.	Ifyou wit to garnish it you can use whose coriander or persil.
