Lard	to fry
minced beef	grams	125
minced pork	grams	125
onion, finely chopped	springs	1
Plain flour
salt	tsp	1/2
Directions \| How to make Fried Meat Balls

Mix the beef and pork mince together. If the pork is very lean add a tablespoon of finely diced pork fat. Combine with all other ingredients except flour and lard. Make small balls the size of a hazelnut in its shell. Roll in plain flour and fry in hot lard over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve.
