1. Grind chillies ,ginger and garlic in to a fine paste . 2. Clean and cut meat ,potatoes and carrots into even sized cubes. Chop onions . 3. Boil meat with vinegar ,half the oil and salt . When half done add ground spices and cook till tender. 4. Fry potatoes and carrots in oil. 5. On fine sticks ,13 cm long ,thread onions ,potatoes meat ,carrots and raw tomatoes alternately . 6. Beat the eggs .Dip sticks in egg ,sprinkle with bread crumbs and deep fry.
