Directions | How to make Fried Rice(Chinese)
 
1)Wash rice keep soaked for 15mins & cook.Keep aside. 2)In a Non stick pan heat oil,add cumin seeds let that splutter.Add veggies and Sliced onion fry till its tender. 3)Add ajinomotto,soya sauce,chillie sauce and salt.Mix well so that veggies get the taste of the sauce.let it fry for 1 min and turn off of the heat. 4)Add the above mixture to the rice and mix well.Adjust salt if required. Serve it hot with Tomato ketchup!It will be simply delicious and Yummy!

Chopping veggies slantly gives good look to rice.
