1.insert garlic flakes near the bone in leg of lamb. 2.place leg in aroasting dish.season with salt and pepper and cover with butter. 3.cook for 30 minutes at 205(centigrades),basting frequently.remove. 4.remove grease from baking tin. 5.add water.boil for a few minutes,scrapping bottom of pan with awooden spoon. 6.pour this liquid into a sauce and serve with leg of lamb.
