coriander leaves	bunch	1
coriander powder	tbsp	1
curry leaves	bunch	1
garilc	slice	3
ginger	cup	1/2
GOBI	small	1
green chillis	slice	4
jeera	tbsp	1
oli	tbsp	4
onion	small	1
red chilli powder	tbsp	1
salt	to taste
tomatos	small	1
Directions \| How to make GOBI GINGER MASALA

1. Take a blinder add ginger,cocunt,cahewnuts,tomatos,garilc,,little bit of jeera and make a fine paste. 2.Take a pan add some oil add jeera ,curry leaves,turmeric,chopped onions,greenchillis fry little bit.. 3.Add the paste which we already prepared.fry it in alow flame .... 4. Add coriander powder,redchilli powder ,taste to salt.. 5. Add the gobi slices into this &cook it . 6 After the curry is done add come coriander leaves..
	Serving Ideas
	serve with rice ,roti, naan
