1.beat the eggs with milk put all the vegetables in a bowl season and keep them aside .
2.heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil with 1/2 tbsp butter in a large pan; add 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan, gently rotate it till the mixture sets.
3.then put 1/4 of the vegetables; fold the omelette and serve hot.
4.repeat the process to make three more omelettes.
