Description : Gobi Paratha Recipe made easy, learn how to make Gobi Paratha Recipes at home.

Recipe of Gobi Paratha

Coriander leaves	tsp	2
grated Cauliflower	cup	2
Green chillies	number	2
inch Ginger	number	1/2
Oil	to fry
oil	tbsp	3-4
Oregano	number	1/2
Red chili powder	tbsp	1
Salt	to taste
Wheat flour	cup	4
Directions \| How to make Gobi Paratha

Mix wheat flour with little extra salt with oil & and water. Knead well. Make dough. Keep aside. Mix grated cauliflower with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain, chili powder as a filling in paratha. Make medium size chapati balls, add the filling to it. Roll. In a Tawa put little oil, fry the paratha on both the sides till golden brown. Serve hot with curd, green chutney or ketchup.
