1.Heat fat and saute the onion till light brown . 2. Add the minced meat and cook till all the water is absorbed . 3. Put in the ground spices and fry well for 10 minutes ,till you get a pleasant smell . 4. Add the tomato ,salt to taste ,and a cup of water and allow the mince to cook gradually .Add lime juice to taste . 5.Check for seasoning and remove .Green peas and potato fingers may be used to garnish this dish .
