Directions | How to make Guttivankaya Curry In Andhra Style
 
KhusKhus to be blended into a fine powder. Later Kaju, Green Chillies, Cilantro leaves, Ginger Piece & Raw coconut has to be blended into a fine paste with little granules. Add some water for easy blending. Take a pan & add a little oil required for tempering. Keep it on a low flame & pour some mustard seeds, Cumin Seeds, dried red chillies & Kadipatha. After the mustard seeds starts spluttering add eggplants & let it cook for few mins until they turn brown & soft. Pour the blended paste into the half-cooked eggplants & add little turmeric powder & Salt & allow it to cook for 10-15 mins on medium flame. Can add some water if required.

To grind Khus Khus quickly add little sugar to it
