Directions | How to make Haleem(Nutritions Blend Of Wheat And Meat)
 
1.soak Haleem wheat for 24hrs 2.Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste,salt,red chillie powder,garam masala and turmeric 3.pressure cook the marinated meat and soaked wheat with 2 cups of water for 30-45 minutes at medium flame 4..coarsely grind it after cooling. 5.pour it in to a heavy bottom skillet and add the green masala,lime juice and some more water.cook till the blisters start . 6.Garnish with cilantro ,crispy fried onions and lemon wedges. recipe from : Zarina USA my recipe page http://www.geocities.com/zarina_24/index.html
