1-Chop the onion and brown in 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2-Add stock and beans, leave to cook for 15 minutes, then liquidise. 3-Dice ham and courgette, brown in remaining oil and leave in pan. 4-Cook pasta to taste in salted water, add to ham and courgette. 5-To serve, put a layer of sauce on each plate and top with pasta.
