1. Cut mutton into small cubes . 2. Grind together ginger ,garlic , red chillies ,cumin and salt . 3.Mix mutton with ground paste and set aside for 1 1/2 to 2 hours . 4.Thread 8 to 9 pieces meat on skewers about 15 cm .long . 5. Heat fat and fry the skewered kababs slowly ,turning them all the time until they become brown . Serve hot .
