Ingredient Name	Unit	Quantity

Coconut oil	tbsp	1
Ginger	slice	5
Green Chillies	number	2
Milk	cup	1
Potato	number	1
Salt	to taste
Directions \| How to make Ishtu

1) Cut the potatoes into cubes . 2) Cook the potatoes, ginger and green chilles together 3) Smash the potatoes little bit.. 4) To the above mixture ,Add the milk. 5) Add the coconut oil and garnish with curry leaves.
Recipe Tips
Coconut milk can also be added instead of milk.
