Description : The taste of jackfruit curry is like mutton.you can say it is vege mutton.Its is very spicy curry.And this curry will go with rice.I know you will love it.

cumin powder	tsp	1
ginger and garlic paste	tsp	2
jackfruit peices	can	1/2 kg
musturd oil	cup	1
onion paste	cup	1
potato	bag	2
salt	to taste
termeric	tbsp	1
Directions \| How to make Jackfruit And Aloo Curry

cut small peice of jackfrut.then deep fry in musturd oil add little bit turmeric.remove in a bowl .cut potato in small piece and do deep fry then remove in a bowl. After then rest of oil will e preparing for gravy. for gravy--- In oil put onion paste after 50% fry add ginger garlic paste then corinder powder the cunim power and chilli powder.And fry til oil will leave. then add aloo and jackfruit and fry for 5 min and add water. then lastly add fresh gram masala powder. and serve with rice.
