Ingredients used in Jain Gravy
• Koya optional - 1 tablespoon.
• Paneer - 1 cup.
• Beans - 1 cup.
• Cashew nuts - 10 number.
• Cumin powder - pinch.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala each (star anise, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, biryani flower) - 1 number.
• Red chill powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Bottle gourd grated - 1 tablespoon.
• Pumpkin grated - 1 tablespoon.
• Garam masala powder - pinch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Grate pumpkin,bottle gourd and keep it aside.
  • Blend cashewnuts in blender and keep it aside too.
  • Take a pan add oil,garam masala spices, grated pumpkin, bottle gourd, salt, red chili powder, saute it till it become brown or cook for 5 minutes then add red chili powder,coriander powder,salt,cumin powder,cashew nuts paste cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then add tomato paste and cook till tomatoes are tender.
  • Then add oil, water as required cook it for 5 minutes till the gravy is thicker.
  • Later, add boiled beans,paneer, any vegetables as required mix well and then add garam masala powder,koya ( optional )coriander leaves mix well.
  • serve it hot with roti.

they religion says no to eat roots.... so onion, ginger, garlic, carrots, beet.....coz according to their religion while removing it from ground they unknowingly kill micro organisms
