Directions | How to make Jantikalu
 
1) Boil Urad dal and make into a paste. 2) Mix Rice flour, salt, Vamu, butter, red chilli powder and urad dal paste. 3) mix well and make into a paste, which looks more like a softer chapati dough. 4) Heat oil in a pan. 5) Put the paste in the Jantikalu presser and press jantikalu into the oil. 6) Fry them until slightly golden brown. 7) store them in Air tight container.
