Take a maida, salt, ghee and baking soda in abig plate. add water and kned into asmooth dough. keep aside for mix the grated coconut, fried til, powdered cardamom and sugar. keep aside.
Take a small balla of the dough and roll like small chapatis. put a tablespoonful of coconuts mixture on it and flod into half. seal the sides. deep fry in hot ghee.
