Directions | How to make Kashmiri Louze
1. Pressure cook lamb with salt,lalmirchi,haldi,gingergarlic and water .Cook upto 3-4 whistles till lamb is soft . Let it cool. 2. Take a grinderjar put lamb,break and add 8 unboiled eggs ,8nimbu juice,1/4kg ghee,kotmir and grind . 3. Boil 6 eggs in a separate pan and cut into thin round slices for arranging. 4. Take a tawa or OTG apply ghee at the bottom andspread a thin layer of the grinded lamb paste .Arrange a layer of boiled and sliced eggs in the third layer put another thick layer of Grinded lamb paste till the eggs are covered 5. Sprinkle the karboos and tarboos seeds above and cut this into square pieces . In an OTG put on 10 min on Bake and Grill and on 20 on only bake .Keep checking the colour. If you are cooking on tawa cook on medium flame and coverit with a lid .Cook of 10-15 min whike checking for the colour.It should be golden brown
