1. Chop onion and tomatoes and fry in hot fat.
2 . Add all the ingredients except eggs , peas and coriander leaves .
3. Cook on a slow fire for 30 minutes or till the mince is tender .Add a little water if necessary.
4.When three -fourths done add peas .
5.Serve with hard boiled eggs cut into halves .Garnish with chopped coriander leaves .
