Description :
This is the Korean version of sushi and a popular fast food in Korea. The addition of sesame oil makes this distinctive and tasty!

Directions | How to make Kim Bap
Rice 1. Cook 1 1/2c rice in 2 cups water. When cooked, let sit for 2-3 minutes. 2. Cut in 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp mirin, and 1 Tbs water. 3. Set to the side and cool some. Cucumber 4. Peel and slice thinly. 5. Cover in salt. 6. Before use pour off liquid and rinse. Spinach 7. Wash, remove stems and blanch. 8. Remove residual water. 9. Mix in salt and 1 tsp sesame oil. Beef 10.Put beef, garlic, soy sauce, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a bowl and marinate. 11.Fry beef in 1 tsp sesame oil and 1 Tbsp oil until done. Assembly 12.Divide rice into 3 equal parts. 13.Place nori onto a bamboo mat (if you have one). Cover with rice leaving about 1 inch on opposing sides rice free. 14.Lay spinach, carrots, radish, and beef on the rice about 1/3rd of the way up the rice. 15. Dampin the expose nori with water. 16. Roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1/2 in slices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 17.Serve with Soy sauce.
Recipe Tips
When working with cooked rice, keep everything clean and damp with water. This helps prevent sticking.
