Kishu Rice (Some Rice)
About Kishu rice (some rice)
Food is medicine for many diseases. From the process of agriculture to the process of digestion, food helps everyone who is near it. I am a person who is new to cooking food to serve to guest. I mean, I am not as experienced as one my age should be in an Asian culture. As I grow up I knew how to cook Mexican fry rice, brown beans, sandwiches and some other like foods. My idea of learning how to cook is to learn from all the possible ways I can find. I learn from your videos and from other online videos, I collect any recipe from magazines, newspapers, and from friends. Its hard some times to ask to people their recipes because most of the times they don't want to tell their secret recipes. I believe that if I can teach a person how to cook in a taste way then when she/he serve that food their family will have a blast by being happy that the person who cooked was caring. OK enough of my ideas. I learn how to cook part 1 of the recipe from a very nice and caring person. (anti) And learn the part 2 from my friend when she was cooking noodles for me when I went to her home as a guest. I simply add both learned cooking tips and came up with Kishu rice. Kishu in Bangla means "something", and I decided to name it Kishu rice because its not polau and its not Chinese rice, its something rice. Its like other rices but not exactly. I hope when you eat this rice you get inspired to cook this or make other recipes. Thank you all.
