1. Soak and grind the rice
2. Add oil in a saute pan, then add mustard seeds, Channa dal, urad wash
3. Add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, salt and saute till the onion becomes translucent.
4. then add the ground rice and mix it till it becomes non-sticky.
5. finely add cilantro and switch off the flame. Let it cool..
6. make the mix into cakes (rasagulla shapes) and steam it for 10-15 mins.
7. Then serve it with chutney or idli powder
