• Grind garlic, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and red chillies to make a paste. • Heat the oil and fry sliced onions till golden brown. • Add prepared paste. • Cook it for 5 minutes. • Add prawns and mix it well. • Mix chopped onions, coriander leaves and salt. • Add water and allow prawns to get cooked. • Mix tamarind juice and jaggery. • Cook till jaggery is melted. • Adorn with fresh coriander leaves.
