Directions | How to make Maguro Zukedon
 
Cook japanse rice. Slice maguro thinly. Mix wasabi and soy sauce and marinate maguro slices in the mixture. Peel avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut shiso into thin strips. Put cooked rice in a bowl and place marinated maguro slices and avocado on top. Sprinkle shiso and sesame over the ingredients. Pour some soy sauce and wasabi mixture over the toppings before eating.
