Description :
This is a typical Mangalore fish curry that is severed in hotels in Mangalore with boiled rice. This curry goes well with boiled rice. This curry tastes better 4-6 hours after it is prepared.

Directions | How to make Mangalore Fish Curry
1) Wash Fish, apply salt and little turmeric and keep aside. 2) Chop 1 small onion , Tomato and keep aside separately . 3) Grind to a smooth paste- Coconut, Jeera, 1 small onion, Dhania, Methi, Tamarind, Chillies, pepper, Garlic. 4) Add oil in a Vessel , put mustered and leave them to splutter, add chopped onion and half of the curry leaves. Fry till the onion turns transparent. 5) Add the masala paste with water as per you choice of thickness of curry. 6) Add salt and boil for 3-4 Minutes, Now add chopped tomato and left over curry leaves. Let it boil for 2 Minutes. 7) Now add the fish, check the salt, add more if required. 8) Leave it on Sim for 5 minutes. Turn the flame off. Serve this curry with hot boiled rice.
