Directions | How to make Melogra
 
First soak Averekalu overnite, peel them in the morning or buy a ready one.. Cook Peeled Averekalu and peanuts together keep a side... Dry fry first 8 ingredients seperately Cool and powder it along with tamarind juice and coconut. Temper: 2 tsp oil, musterd seeds, hing, turmeric, curry leaves Then add cooked avarekalu with peanuts... then add blended masala cook covered until thicken.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
1)This particular dish should be Thick 2)Be creful while stirring averekalu might break. This can be served with Plain Rice, Rotis, Rice Rotis ie Akki Rotti With some tender cooked averekalu.
