Ginger(Grated)	0
Kasoori Methi	cup	1
Milk	cup	1/2
Oil	0
Red Chilli powder	to taste
Refined Flour	cup	1
Salt	to taste
Wheat Four	cup	1

Mix well all the above ingredients except milk and oil.Then make a smooth soft dough by adding milk bit by bit.You can also use water instead of milk. Then make small balls and roll them out in the form of small parathas. Roast both sides on a dry tava and then fry them with little oil.You can have it with yogurt or pickles.
