Recipe Tips
Serving Ideas
We dont have to add any extra coloring to the syrup as we are using Jaggery and not sugar. Jaggery itself has wonderful color and flavor.
To serve it individually you can roll it like kati and serve with aluminum foil wrapped onto on side of the roll to hold it.
