cooked millet	cup	3
nut butter (tahini, almond peanut etc)	cup	1/2

Directions \| How to make Millet Patties

Mix all ingredients together. form into patties, brown on both sides in lightly oiled skillet. makes 6 patties. To cook millet: boil 2½ cups water. add 1 cup milllet, cover and simmer 15 minutes. let sit uncovered 20 minutes. makes about 3 cups.
