Directions \| How to make Minced Pork Stir Fry On Bed Of Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Fry the pork with oil and garlic and ginger Add baby spinach and sauces (oyster, sweet soy, chilie sauce, chicken stock) Stir and add a little water and salt Dice the potates after peeling them and boil them til they are fully cooked Mash the potatoes and add a dash of milk and 1 tsp of butter Add alittle salt Serve the pork dish with mashed potatoes. (serves 4)

Make the pork dish prior to mashing the potatoes.	* Rice can be replaced for mash potatoes as well
