cilantro and mint	cup	1/2
maidha	cup	1
oil	to fry	1 cup
salt n pepper to taste	to taste
water	cup	1/2
Directions \| How to make Mint Cheese Samosa

Take maida and add enough amout of water, pinch of salt and 2 tsp of oil and make a dough....Then for stuffing, take a bowl and add cream cheese spread,mint and cilantro leaves which are finely chopped,salt n pepper n mix it well.Then heat enough amount of oil for the deep fry,Mean while roll the dough like a samosa cone and stuff the cheese stuff in it and bind the samosa and serve hot wid tomato ketchup or wid mint chutney

while preparing the dough add 2 tsp of oil so dat the samosas will b soft	serve with ketchup and mint chutney
