Directions | How to make Mint Coriander And Curry Leaves Thuvaiyal
 
1. First pour some oil in the pan and leave it to heat ,then add red chilli to it. 2. Once the red chilli starts to crackle,put the chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown. 3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute again.Then add the mint,coriander and curry leaves to it and saut till it turns from green to slight greenish brown. 4.Add tamarind paste to the mix. 5. saut it and add salt to the taste. 6.Grind the mix with little bit of water (alredy coriander and mint has water)and take it. 7.Fry the mustard seeds,urad dall,channa dall in little oil and put the mix and serve it.
Serving Ideas
Can mix with rice and add some gingelly oil while mixing. This will be excellent with curd rice too.
