Directions | How to make Mitai Walas Onion Pakora
 
Slice Onions thin (long slices)And add salt and set aside for 15 mins(or check occasionally if water released from onions,donot let it soak more ).Once onion is releasing its water add rest of the ingredients(donot add any water ) and mix well .Heat Oil in kadai and throw little little lumps into the oil and deep fry .Flame has to be on medium high to high for crispyness.Remove when the fritters are medium red in color .Serve Hot or cold .It also stays for one week in air tight container.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Donot slow down the flame as the oil soaks the fritters.Donot soak onion too long in salt.You can try out same recipe with kaju-kaju pakoda. Its a stand alone dish .But can be served with green chutney too.
