Directions | How to make Mooli Ka Raita
 

Mix grated radish, green chillies, ground nut powder, curds, salt and sugar in a bowl. heat oil add mustard seeds, turmeric and asaefoetida. pour it on the radish mixture and cover it immediately. Radish raita is ready to be served.

Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
In order to get a nice and tempting colour to your raita make sure that tadka doesnt burn. serve with freshly chopped coriander.
