Ingredients used in Mooli ka raita
• Mustard seeds - quarter teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt and sugar - to taste.
• Roasted ground nut poder (optional) - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies chopped - 2 numbers.
• Radish grated - 2 cup.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Asaefoetida (hing) - pinch.
• Curds - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

Mix grated radish, green chillies, ground nut powder, curds, salt and sugar in a bowl. heat oil add mustard seeds, turmeric and asaefoetida. pour it on the radish mixture and cover it immediately. Radish raita is ready to be served.
