Directions | How to make Moong Dal Dosa
 
a) Moong dal to be soaked for 4-5hrs. b) Blend moong dal coarse with less water. c) keep aside the blended moong dal in a bowl. d) grind ginger, chilli, curry leaves, coconut, e) finely chop the onions and mix it with moong dal batter. f) add the paste (ginger, chilli, curry leaves, coconut) to moong dal batter. g) add turmuric, pepper, maida and salt to the batter. h) add water if necessary and add jeera too and mix the dough well to form a good consistency (like dosa dough) i)
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
add remove maida if the dough is thick. can add rice flour or baking soda (small pinch) if you want the dosa to be crisp can serve with mango pickle coconut chutney or methi curry
