Directions | How to make Moong Pancakes
First take sprouted moong and grind it. Add little water, grind it and make paste, but not very smooth. Now add garlic and chilly paste to grounded moong paste. Add two eggs to batter and mix it well. Eggs should completely mixed with the batter. Finelly add salt to taste. Heat the pan, sprinkle few drops of ghee and pour a big spoon of batter on it. Quickly try to spread it in round shape like Dosa, but don't make it very thin. It should be thick like utthapam. Again sprinkle some dropos on and around it. Keep it on mediam-high flame. Make sure the one side is turned golden brown, then turn it. Make the other side also golden brown. And your delicoous breakfast is ready !
