Directions | How to make Mullangi Perugu Pachadi - (Radish In Yogurt)
 
1.Grate mullangi (raddish) and set aside. 2.Cut chillies into small pieces. 3.Heat ghee and fry the mustard seeds and black gram dal, then add curry leaves. 4.Add chillies, grated mullangi(raddish) and turmeric. 5.Mix well, add salt and cilantro, 6.Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. When done, set aside to cool a bit. 7.Mix with yogurt ....goes well with steamed white rice.
