gingergarlic paste	tbsp	1
green chillies to taste	number	3
mushroom (cut)	number	10
oil	tbsp	2
onion cut lenthwise	number	1
salt as required	0

Directions \| How to make Mushroom Pepper Fry

heat the pan put oil then add cumin seeds then add onions cut lenghtwise (1 big onion) then add ginger garlic paste cook till raw flavor disappers then add greem chillies then add mushroom dont put water now let it cook in its own moisture then add little bit water after sometime and let the mushroom cook well and all the raw flavor disappers then put salt and add crushed pepper finally stir well. now mushroom pepper is ready it goes well with rice as a sidedish then also chappati it takes few mins to prepare this dish

	serve with rice
