Directions | How to make Mutton Dalcha
1. Boil the dal with some water, tumeric and very little oil. Keep it aside. 2. In a pressure cooker add mutton, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, r.chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and oil. Add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles. 3. Once the pressure is gone, add tamarind pulp and cinnamon-clove powder to the mutton mixture and boil for 5 mins or till the raw smell of tamarind goes away. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
