made with egg plant (small, round), and coriander,green chillies.
take coriander leaves and green chillies add salt and make into paste.cut brinjals into 4 parts with stem intact.stuff the paste into brinjals.add oil to pan , add musterd sees ,jeera garlic and cury leaves ,chopped onions , let them fry for 5mints .add stuffed brinjals to this mixure add termaric powder , cook them in medium to low flame for 20 mints.serve with rice.
