Directions | How to make Nargisi Kofta
Squeze out all the water from grated beet root. & ginger. Now mix beet root ,sweet potato,green chillis, ginger & all spices. Make balls from the mixture. Roll it into the Nilgiri Flour or Bread Crumbs well. Deep fry these balls in hot oil. Take them out on paper towel or tissue so that all excess oil should be absorbed. Now press these balls a bit with the help of palm & fry again. Take them out & serve hot with date & tamarind chutney.

Garnish with Coriander leaves and Dates. Serve with sliced cucumber & Finely sliced Cabbage
