1. Wash ,clean and cut meat and soak in curds for half an hour . 2. Grind together half the onion ,green chillies ,coriander leaves ,ginger ,garlic , poppy seeds ,coconut ,red chillies and coriander . 3. Slice remaining onion . 4. Heat fat ,fry onion slightly ,add ground spices and fry for a few minutes . 5. Add meat ,curds , salt and more water if required and cook till meat is tender . 6. When cooked add roasted and powdered garam masala and remove from fire .
