Directions | How to make Niratama Garlic Chive And Egg
 
Heat some water in a saucepan(not too much) to boil. Add soy sauce and sugar to your favorite taste. Cut garlic chive into bite size(2~3 inches) and add them to the pan. When the leaf are soften, add beaten egg and cover it for a few seconds. When the egg get cooked,the dish is ready.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Don't cook for a long time.Eggs get harder and spoil taste. If you can make/use Japanese soup stock, tastes much better. You can add any kind of vegetable,meat...whatever you like.
