1.cut hard -boiled eggs in half lengthwise.

2.place them cxut-side down on aserving dish.

3.pour over them 1 cup of mayonnaise sauce highly seasoned and less soild than usual (add a little water to dilute).

4.sprinkle chopped parseley over and serve.
