Description : This is a healthy version of regular dosa and also nice way to make my daughter eat oatmeal which otherwise would be impossible.

Directions | How to make Oatmeal Dosa
 
1. Soak urad and rice together with plenty of water 2. Soak Oatmeal seperately with enough water as this is not going to be washed and the water is used for grinding 3. Grind to a smooth consistancy like regular dosas with all the above ingradients. 4. Ferment like the other dosa batters - overnight 5. Enjoy the healthy dosas like any other dosas - as plain, with onion or masala ones
Recipe Tips
I use the Quaker oatmeal. No need to use Fenugreek seeds as the oatmeal provides enough stckiness.
